Arnold pump and run today. Didn't do as well as I would have like, but didn't do terrible either. Lifted 140lbs 26x on the bench then two hours later ran a 16:18 5k. Splits in 5:05, 5:05, 5:30. I didn't feel like I was going that slow on the last mile but I didn't feel like I was going that fast on the 2nd mile. Was alone the whole race and the last mile was slightly up hill and against the wind most of the time. After a few solid weeks of intervals I should be ready for track season. 4 mile race next weekend.
