Notes

Kill the Hill. Started at Adena, went down the hill, up Yaples, down Larrick, bike path, then back up Adena. Legs felt heavy around 7 miles, but I was able to keep 6 minute pace throughout 8. Walked three times up Adena at the end. This was about the worse race to run out of shape. It was probably 75 degrees during the race. Off to Pittsburgh this evening with jew boy.
