Home meet this afternoon. Went out in 5:37, then ran 11:02, 16:34 but died after that. Overall I'm not too dissatisfied with how it went because I know I have room for improvement in about every aspect of racing right now. It was also hot and humid because the race started at 5:00pm.90 and humid. I'm going to take the Cedarville race much more serious.
