Notes

Decided last night to do this small race in Waverly. Got out too hard, as my second 0.5 miles was like 5:00 pace. This done me in, but I'm kind of glad I did this because it became a hard workout and not just the usual negative split that I usually do. Was breathing super hard a mile in and my pace dropped a lot. Splits in 5:15, 5:36, 5:44 (5:47 pace last .14)
