Notes

Took 4 excederin extra strength before the race which has a lot of caffiene and I ended up paying for it in the race. Went out real comfortable in 5:14 came back in 5:04 and really had it rough the last mile running 5:32. Started dry heaving right before the two mile. Really dissappointing because I wanted to see where I'm at right now but it's really early still so I'm not too worried about it.
