COMMENTS: Felt bad for taken two days off so I got up and 4 miles before working. Loop is about exactly four miles and it's pretty sweet so I think I might do it about 4-5 times a week in the morning. I think I'm going to start doing doubles about as many days as I can from now until camp so I can bump up the miles a good bit. Should run 6-8 tonight.
