At park & ride I saw guy in tights and layers, so decided to run w/shirt. By 6/10ths of mile stopped and took off shirt and ran without it. Passed multiple runners - all in layers, hats, sweats,etc., i.e. overdressed. Running in 60F temps with tights and multiple layers I can't understand that concept. Passed a couple of BCCR folks who probably thought same about me running shirtless.
