Notes
Started out with shirt since windy with temps barely 50F. By mile 5 decided to drop it with extra water bottle near W-xing. Kept pace easy and a little slow. Temps when I finished were 65-67F. Goal was to keep pace in the 8's only times missed were the water bottle/shirt drop/pick-up at W-xing. So I met my goal most of the run. Still not used to these really long runs...but not as tired after.
