No BQ but did manage to get below 4 hours. Happy with that since temps started in the 50's and finished in the 70's. Foggy and damp on the outbound - warm and humid on the return. Last few miles were brutal, but managed to keep moving...though slow but not walking. Legs felt dead but soon recovered afterwards. May have to to do this one again.
