First attempt to run after resting for past 6 weeks. Program called for 10 min walk, 5 min run, 5 min walk and then 5 min run. AT a little tight but no real pain. Legs felt sluggish and rhythm was still a bit off on run portion but seemed to go well.
Walked/ran first 20 - 22 minutes with long sleeve shirt. When I started second run, pulled off shirt and finished shirtless. Actually felt warmer without shirt than with it. Shirt seemed to trap cool air.
