Long run this morning with Marty. Temps started in the low 60F's but finished in the 70F's. Lots of folks out and about, parking lot at Blackrock was full. Kept pace pretty even for most of the run but probably a little faster and further than we should have run given that it was <2 weeks after marathon. But surprisingly it went well and I had no issues with knees or legs. Marty thought it humid, but compared to San Antonio it was a dry.
One of the better runs I had all year.
