First run since implant surgery. Temps were dropping. When I got up temps were 59F but when I started out around 50. By time I finished temps had dropped into the low 40F. Carried Nike $5 windbreaker just in case it got too cold but never used it. Ran full run shirtless. Legs felt sluggish and left leg issue continued so did not really push it.
