Slow easy shirtless run. AT acting up so was not much fun. Was very humid and even slow pace and short distance I was dripping sweat at finish.
Positive for run was that I was able to do a random act of kindness. Another shirtless runner [an elite judging by his pace] was doing a long run. From what I saw when he passed me before I started had no water. When he passed me at car on his return, I handed him a water bottle. I think he thought I was offering him a drink and said he couldn't stop. He was surprised when I told him it was for him to carry/drink. No stopping required.
