Did 10min warmup and then tried to stay withint 11:30mm for the whole thing. For some reason, I felt I was bonking at mile 3 so I stopped and had a Gu, letting my HR fall in order to get back into a more comfortable zone. Forgot the HR today so I have no data on that. ALl in all, a great run
