Dumped the MAF and just decided to do Bernadette's HM plan, but i'm still following the run1 walk1 ideal because it keeps my HR low. I did a 10min warmup and a 5 minute cooldown so I might have to go back and adjust the times and mileage accordingly. This is what the entire workout was. Run felt awesome despite the high humidity. Legs felt at the end not tired at all.
