Notes

First time test - did warmup run/walk for 1 mile. Then did a jog for mile at increasing quarter mile intervals. Then I started the test and ran the next mile as fast as I could maintain. I was supposed to finish off wth the remainder 0.5 miles, but I thought I was gonna die after the test, so I just walked the remainder.

I think I shoudlve strictly walked the warmup, and then started the jog interval a little slower because my HR was already at 180 b y the time I finished the intervals and started the actual test. It was very rough - the fastest Ive ran in a while. Hope the timing gets better though in the next 2 weeks.....I feel like it was slow
