Great run - despite getting up at the ass-crack of dawn. Did no warm-upand only slight stretches. Breakfast was 2 pcs toast with PB and coffee about 20 minutes before setting out. No cramps, just wish I had stashed some water or diluted gatorade somewhere because my mouth was really dry towards the end. Attempted to have some GU 45mins in, but ony finished 1/2 of it. Might invest in a mini fuel belt or something similar soon. Did the run 1 walk 1 and it worked out perfectly! I felt great after finishing! Have to do the morning run from now on I guess
