Didnt plan on going for this "long", since my plan only called for 16mins, and I'm still sore from Warrior Dash, but once I got moving, it felt good so I kept at it. Instead of immediately running until my HR got up to 150, I tried to just run for 1 min, walk for 1 min the whole time. It worked out awesome - I was able to do this the entire time without my HR getting above 153 ever. Think I'll keep with this plan since it worked out so well

Got some new shoes too since my other pair died in the warrior dash....hope they workout well
