Tried just eating coffee and Clif Shot today before run. Clif Shot was disgusting! But at least I wasn't hungry and didn't have a cramp problem. Felt alittle better energy wise, but not too drastic of a difference. Might do this every Tuesday. Took run pretty slow because I'm still sore on side of shin from race and legs still feel alittle overworked from a lot of running last week
