I felt like I was going soooo slow, but tried to keep my heart rate at around 170.....have to check out my real max hr because this felt very slow and natural to me, but according to running rules, this was way too high. I can only imagine how high my heart rate must be on the normal runs ive been doing. hopefully this will progress my runs further and faster over time since I'm seeing no progress what so ever at this stage.
