First run in a loooong time. Really wanna get back to this 3x a week. I'm gonna try hard!! CrossFit is just not enough cardio for me to keep weight off. Ivebeen steadily gaining for over a year and a half. And I'm DONE with that! So today's run was a little more than 1 time around the reservoir. Didn't have my garmin so I had to keep watch on my iPod watch. Did 2min on 1 min off ratio and felt great by the end, almost like a small warmup. Will add 0.2 miles next run. And get my Garmin back up and running! Yay!
