Great run! Felt so in-tune with myself! Took it slow, but noticed pace was noticably faster and I wasn't tired until the last 0.5. Could it be food?? Had good breakfast of scrambled egg whites and ate a larabar before run. Nutrition could be key.......hope this streak continues cuz it felt great!
