Holy fuck that was a good workout! Distance up hill was 0.15 exactly. Ran as fast as I could, then jogged/walked back down. Tried to only take 2 mins to get back down as my rest period. It was hard, but a good workout. Ran 1 mile warmup, and 0.6 cool down
