The weather FINALLY broke so running outside without mascara melting was finally do-able. I've totally been slacking lately, so I'm trying to work on that. Hopefully the weather will stay tolerable for alittle while. I tried to just get out there and run comfortably yet quickly for just 30 mins, but I quickly got a side stitch which made me scale it back alittle bit and wound up having to walk for a little as well. Probably pushed it too much since taking so much time off and having a completely crappy dinner that provided NO fuel. But whatever. I went - finally.
