Great run! Almost bailed b/c I was sooo tired but once I forced my ass out of bed, choked down a Gu and hopped onthe TM, all was good. Did a few intervals of 3min hard, 2 min slow - but then upped it to 2mins hard and 1 min recovery. Sprinted for the last minute just to top it all off. Kicked ass and was soaked with sweat!
