No time cuz its not accurate. Did a quick few miles just to get it in. Its really cold and windy out, so I stayed inside and ran as long as time allowed. Took it slow, amped it up a little for the last 0.5. All in all, it felt good. Knee got a little dodgy at my IT band towards the end, but probably just due to a quick stretch, warmup and vibration from TM.
