Not too too shabby. I'm feeling very tired, weak, and sore this week in general. I had enough energy to go out today, but after about 3 miles, ITB started bothering me and I took a couple of walk breaks so I had enough in me to last. Cut run short by 0.5mi b/c I didnt want to aggrivate it any further. After run, my other knee pain is still bothering me. Keep trying to stretch my hamstring but its no help. Starting to think maybe is not a hamstring and has some knee problem as well???
