Notes

Attempted to find my max heart rate by just plain sprinting until I was heaving. First attempt resulted in MHR of 195, second attempt after a quick recovery walk resulted in MHR of 198-200. I'll go with 200 as my official MHR from now on. Tested RHR last night in bed at 55 bpm. WIll be able to calculate HR zones more efficiently now. Updated Garmin to reflect actualy HRs and zones were automatically calculated.
