Run started off great, got a little tough in the middle b/c I tried running on a trail mostly made of mulch = soo hard! So by the end of the run, I bonked, but completed it nonetheless. Had to stop at 3.5 and stretch out my IT Band on the left leg as it was really bothering me, but pain quickly subsided and I banged out the last 0.5 (but barely!). Still proud of myself for going though
