Great run! Had to stop around mile 3 for a knee stretching, but got back to it and although the last 0.5 was tough, I think its time to try 4.25 or 4.5 After dinner runs around 7:30pm seem to be doing me really well as far as fueling up and lower heat. It turns out to be quite a cathartic run.
