Holy shit. I ran the WHOLE time....paid for it later but it was worth proving to myself that I could do it. Ran Spring Lake into Belmar with Kelly, Brian, and Missy. Missy on the way back - and shes the ONLY reason I made it. So fucking proud of myself!!!!
Fuel: 2 Gu paks, Gatorade and water bottles.....needed more liquid - ran out at mile 7
