crunches: 10 on ball

squats with ball on wall: 15

heel rises: 5 per leg

single leg squats with slow, exaggerated leg swings: 5 each direction (front, back, side) per leg

stretching: glutes, adductors, hamstrings, quads, calves, back and arms over ball
