Notes
This was the Hamilton Ride for Refuge. I did it in Hamilton, because the Waterloo Ride was the same day as the Toad. It was a great day for a bike ride. It was a bit nippy at first (about 5 degrees), but it soon warmed up to over 10 degrees. I rode it with 4 other guys. It was fun to ride as part of a group. My cadence will seem low, but that's because a couple of guys were struggling with the pace and we peddled slowly at times so they could catch up. My real average cadence (without the slow downs) would have been up near 100.
