Arms and Chest

I am doing the triceps curls while lying on the floor with 10 lb dumbbells.

Legs

squats with ball on wall: 15

heel rises: 7 with each foot

single leg squats with slow, exaggerated leg swings: 5 each direction (front, back, side)

stretching: glutes, adductors, hamstrings, quads, calves, back and arms over ball

I also rolled my IT bands and abductors
