The exercises below, with no weight listed, were done with the silver band.

passing ball: 2 sets of 10

crunches: 2 sets of 10 on ball

squats with ball on wall: 15

heel rises: 10 on right leg only (twisted my left ankle)

single leg squats with slow, exaggerated leg swings: 5 each direction (front, back, side) on right leg only

stretching: glutes, adductors, hamstrings, quads, calves, back and arms over ball
