warm-up and strides, 1600(400), 3x200(1000[400]; 1200 (400), 2 x straignts and curves (300), 800, wd. Exactly 10,000 meters. Most of the quarters were at 94 seconds. Felt okay after missing two days for business conflicts but I've got to stop having cofflicts.
