Notes

legs heavy on the hill portions of the trails. Total distance includes 4 x strides afterwards - tough but great feeling when they were over. The distance is a best estimate but I'm sure I am close. (1.6 but started at lot to right up the first hill, went on white trail to road, to 2 mile mark, to red trail, back to white, up hill to extra credit and around it, back on white trail then down the 1.6 loop to gate).
