Legs really heavy at the start - guessing close to 10 minute mile pace for the first 3/4's mile. It definitely was a good idea to run on the ground versus asphalt. My quads were still beat from Saturday and yesterday. I would have come in right at 4 miles but had to take a loop detour at the end due to too much standing water. I didn't think you'd mind if I went slightly over 4 miles.
