1 m wu; 4 x 100; 4 x 200 (100)[400]; 4 x 250 (150)[400]; 5 x 400 (100)[400]; 4 x 250 (150)[150}; 400. Quads are still heavy but better than a couple weeks ago. Was wondering what would happen after the 5.8 run yesterday. They were tired but the workout went generally well.
