Notes

Large group run to support Boston; however, I just felt like running alone and ran ahead. Great opportunity to think for the first time since I got back. Kept pace throughout, including up some tough hills. Goal now is 3:10 at Boston next year. Today, had to see: a) how far back I am on fitness (some, but not as bad as I thought might be the case) and b) was there toughness? (there is. I did not back off on the run). Looking forward to getting better.
