worked out on elliptical again. Today's workout was one mile longer to make up for one mile short yesterday. Since the two workouts were on the elliptical, I thought there would be less issue with this change than doing the same thing on the road?? On the road, I would probably have just written the mile off that was lost yesterday. Like yesterday, guessing the distance by effort which was very slightly less, although essentially the same, as yesterday's. Both were good workouts but I definitely characterize them as easy since on the elliptical. I tacked on 2 minutes after workout to estimate strides.
