Notes

1 m wu; 6 x strides; 800(300), 600(300), 400(200), 3x200(100) [500]; 800(300), 600(300), 400(200), 3x200(100), [800]. Quads very heavy at start but loosened up some. The big difference was that I felt pretty good after the first 800 interval. Solid workout.
