Slightly quicker paced than I would have planned but ran home from Robert's first cross country meet (he came in 6th MBA runner out of, probably, 30-40) to get ready for Parent's Night at Robert's school. I had to be home no later than one hour to get to the school on time and that is almost exactly what it took. The 7.1 miles included, at the end, 4 x about 100 meter strides.
