Notes

A little stiff from the run on Sunday. Started slowly and finished stronger. Could have run longer but was happy the workout was only 40 minutes. Heel symptoms improved while running. I think the orthotics may be helping as the symptoms were present throughout the run on Saturday and much of the run on Sunday. Temperature was a littly cool and it was getting fairly dark at 7'ish.
