I had sharp intense right Achilles pain at the half mile which lasted for about 90 seconds. I worked through and then I was fine. Calf's better today. They still don't like downhills. I did a mile pickup from 5-6, gradually getting faster as I was monitoring the legs and I had no problems. Pleased with a 6:56 against the wind. Last mile moderately pushed the hill which jacked my heart rate up for the first time two weeks.
