Notes
I was planning to go out around Noon, but it was still snowing and the roads were a mess so i waited a few hours when it switched to light rain. The roads were much better. Only sloppy in some areas. Calf's felt much better. I didn't have any pain until 4.5 and it wasn't as much as yesterday. I'm itching to run hard... hopefully soon!
