Notes

I ran easy as I could feel last nights workout in my legs expecially the last 2 miles. I mixed in some trail running during the route. Left leg felt as good as yesterday which is a great sign.

I switched to my new pair of Saucony's because the ones I was wearing were breaking down. I love this show for training. The only is they don't last as long, (370-400 miles) probably because they are made for trails and I use them mostly on road.
