Sometimes running is a mystery. The past weeks I've really struggled with tightness/pain in my left leg/glut. It's been like this for 3 summers in a row. It can't be just the warm temps... or can it?

Today was about 10 degrees cooler, (about 60) and low humidity. The first mile was slow as usual, but then all of a sudden, the leg released and I was finally able to lengthen my stride and run! Taking advantage of this, I pushed the hills and I was able to run much faster without really running any harder on a hilly course.

This was the first run I fully enjoyed in weeks. :)
