I wanted to some quality today, but not as much as usual because I'll be running 16 on Sunday. So the plan was 10 x 300. I woke up feeling like crap. I had to run first thing in the morning because of schedule. I struggled. Instead I did 8 x 200 with 20 rest. I was around 45 seconds. 3-4 seconds slower than the other day. so that told me cutting back was smart.
