Barry had great support for the Manchester Marathon. Mike ran the first half with him and Dave and I paced him the second half. Barry ran strong until mile 23, when he started to lose it, but not too bad. Well done for him as he got his BQ.
My body hurt today... Achilles, glute, feet, shoulders. My feet were real bad after the race. All night long my Achilles and bottom of feet, (soles) were killing me. I almost feel like I ran a marathon!
